I purchased a hot tub from sunset spas, and I am very pleased with it, they were very helpful from my initial call, right through to the installation which was completed at the time slot as agreed - many thanks.

Emailed requesting a quote for some work (to replace a pump and perform a full service). 3 days later they email asking where I am located. Responded to their email within 6 hours (I'm in the catchment area quoted on their website). 6 days later still no response. Waste of time. Obviously won't be using them when it comes to replacing the spa in a couple of years time - as support is definately not their strong point.
